How Cash on Delivery Works

When you place a COD order through diwanmahal.com, you do not need to make an online payment at checkout.

Your order is processed and dispatched through our courier service, and the payment is collected in cash when the parcel is delivered.

COD Availability

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in the customer's location.

We reserve the right to restrict COD availability for certain locations or orders where necessary.

Order Confirmation

After placing a COD order, Diwan Mahal may contact you using the phone number provided during checkout to confirm your order or delivery details.

Please provide an active phone number so our team can communicate with you if necessary.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to verify essential order information.

Customer Responsibilities

When placing a COD order, customers are expected to:

  • Provide their correct name and phone number.
  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
  • Keep their phone available for order-related communication.
  • Be available to receive the parcel.
  • Have the required payment amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Accept the order once it has been confirmed and dispatched.

Refusal of COD Orders

Customers should not place a COD order unless they are prepared to receive it.

Refusing or failing to receive a confirmed COD order after dispatch may result in additional restrictions on future COD orders.

Repeated unsuccessful deliveries or refused parcels may affect our ability to offer COD to the customer in the future.

COD and Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel a COD order, please contact Diwan Mahal as soon as possible and preferably before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery Charges

Diwan Mahal currently offers free nationwide delivery on orders.

No separate COD fee is currently charged by Diwan Mahal.

Returns and Refunds

Diwan Mahal currently operates a no-returns policy for delivered orders.

Refunds are generally not available for delivered orders.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us promptly with your order details and relevant photographs or videos so that we can review the issue.
