At Diwan Mahal, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan with free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability in the customer's area.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is completely free on all orders placed through Diwan Mahal.

No additional delivery charges will be added to your order at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after the order is received.

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer than usual.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time.

Courier Service

Orders are delivered through PostEx and other local courier services where required.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled according to the courier's operational procedures.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make up to 2 delivery attempts at the provided delivery address.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their order and providing an accurate and complete delivery address and active contact number.

If delivery cannot be completed after the available delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to Diwan Mahal.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Please make sure your:

  • Full name is correct

  • Phone number is active

  • Complete delivery address is provided

  • City and area information is accurate

Diwan Mahal is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact Diwan Mahal as soon as possible after placing it.
