Order Cancellation Policy

At Diwan Mahal, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. To help us process orders efficiently, cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been dispatched.

- Order number
- Full name
- Phone number used for the order
- Reason for cancellation
We will review the cancellation request and confirm whether the order can still be cancelled.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been processed, packed, and handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, customers should not assume that contacting Diwan Mahal will automatically cancel the shipment.
COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery.
Customers are requested to place an order only when they are ready and able to receive it.
Repeatedly placing orders and refusing or failing to receive parcels may affect the availability of Cash on Delivery for future orders.
Incorrect Order Information
If you have entered an incorrect phone number, address, city, or other delivery information, contact us immediately.
We will try to update the information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Cancellation Due to Product Availability
In rare circumstances, Diwan Mahal may need to cancel an order because a product is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
If this occurs, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.
Delivery Refusal
Refusing a COD parcel after dispatch is not considered an approved order cancellation.
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Diwan Mahal as early as possible rather than waiting until delivery.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
