At Diwan Mahal, we carefully prepare and pack every order before dispatch. As our products include personal care and beauty products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.
No Returns
All purchases made through diwanmahal.pk are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect product selection
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products that the customer no longer wants
Customers are requested to carefully review their order before placing it.
Refunds
As Diwan Mahal does not accept returns, refunds are generally not available for delivered orders.
If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details and a clear description of the issue.
Each reported issue will be reviewed by Diwan Mahal based on the circumstances of the order.
Order Verification
Before placing your order, please make sure that:

- Your complete delivery address is correct.
- You have selected the correct products and quantities.
- You have reviewed your order carefully.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged or believe you have received an incorrect product, contact Diwan Mahal customer support promptly after delivery.
Please provide:

- Your name and contact number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs or videos of the parcel and product, where applicable
We will review the information provided and determine whether any resolution is applicable.
